It’s spring time, which means that the bunnies are out and about! Have you ever had a pet bunny, or seen a bunny outside?? They are absolutely adorable! Did you know that bunnies can grow as tall as a toddler, insane right? They come in all different colours, shapes and sizes making them all unique. Bunnies are fast animals, one second they are there then the next second they are gone.
The craft we are going to make today is a peek a boo bunny. You’re going to trace a hand as the body of the bunny. The bunny is going to be able to hide its face and then reappear, just like how real bunnies can leave and reappear in the wild. Follow the steps below to see how you can make a peek a boo bunny. Grab the kids and let’s get crafting!
Here are the materials you will need:
-Pink paper
-Markers
-Scissors
First start by tracing a hand on your piece of paper.
Cut out the hand you traced, try not to leave any marker on your hand from tracing.
Next, cut of the middle finger of your traced hand as well as trace and cut the bottom of your traced hand to be curved and decorate your bunny. You can draw a face on your bunny, feet, and colour in the ears.
Lastly, fold in your bunnies arms, which is your thumb and pinky that you traced. When you open and close your bunnies arms, it’s like the bunny is playing peek a boo with you!
Feel free to use any colour of paper you like, and decorate the bunny how you wish. Hope you enjoyed making this, Follow us for more DIY crafts, recipes and more.
